2020-21 Season FAQ

The Worcester Railers HC is excited to hit the ice for our fourth season of ECHL action at the DCU Center.

As we prepare to return to the ice this fall, please check out the FAQ’s on all things Railers tickets below, and as always, feel free to call us at 508-365-1750 if you have any further questions.

Health & Safety

The Worcester Railers HC places the highest priority on the health and safety of all patrons, players and staff attending games. With the impact of COVID-19 still evolving, we simply cannot identify today exactly what actions may need to be taken as we approach the season. We will modify or implement measures recommended or required by state and local government and public health officials in order to ensure the safety and comfort of all event participants and attendees.

The Worcester Railers HC will adhere to guidelines and recommendations from local and state officials as they are released regarding social distancing and public gatherings. We will adhere to recommendations as related to sports and entertainment events and venues, as well as the DCU Center’s and city of Worcester’s guidelines.


Tickets can be paid in full on the day they are purchased, or you can select a flexible payment plan that best suits your needs when purchasing season packages.

We are planning for the season to begin with Worcester Railers HC fans in attendance to create a complete fan experience. We will monitor conditions as they evolve, in conjunction with recommendations from government and public health officials, to make determinations related to the upcoming season.

We will do our best to accommodate everyone. The Worcester Railers HC will comply with all city and state guidelines.  This is an evolving situation.  Should guidelines be set for social distancing, appropriate measures will be taken.


Yes, the Worcester Railers HC offers several flexible payment plans. Please visit our ticket page. For additional assistance, please contact a Railers account representative or email info@railershc.com.  Monthly payment plans must be paid by January 2021.



The cost of tickets can either be paid in full on the day they are purchased, or you can opt into one of the payment plan options. The installment cost for tickets will depend on which option you choose. When choosing a payment plan, either a $50 per seat deposit is required or your first monthly installment by the end of the current month.

Ticket Credit Policy for Cancelled 2019-20 Games

Worcester Railers HC Members with Full Season Tickets will receive an account credit for any cancelled regular season home games.

Yes, a charitable ticket fund has been created through the Worcester Railers HC Foundation. Contact the Railers to donate unused tickets or credits towards this program.

Worcester Railers HC Flex Plan holders and members will be able to use any unused 2020-21 voucher for a future game. This applies to both in-hand vouchers and those electronically held at the Railers HC offices.

Should conditions not permit or allow you to feel comfortable to attend games, please contact us.  As long as requests are 48 hours+ in advance exchanges will be made possible for any future home game. We will make our best efforts to assist.

All Worcester Railers HC events including Trax appearances are unfortunately canceled until further notice.

While our season has been unfortunately canceled, our staff is currently focused on responding and helping Railers fans with account/ticket questions and concerns. As you can imagine, this takes time, so we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
