Account Manager is live for the 2026-27 Season for all 508 Club members! Ticket management access includes ability to transfer, exchanging of tickets, and downloading tickets to your mobile wallet. 

As a reminder, season tickets exchanged directly on Account Manager are subject to a $3 per ticket fee by Ticketmaster. For the 2026-27 season, all 508 Club members are able to submit exchanges via the form below, FREE OF CHARGE.

This exchange form will be open from now until 48 hours prior to puck drop for each game. Exchanges will be completed by a Railers HC staff member within 48-72 business hours. All ticket exchange requests must be submitted either through the form or directly through Account Manager, emails for exchanges will not be processed.

Each member will have the option to select one of the following experiences to participate in:

• Pregame Zamboni Ride (One per game)
• Honorary Captain of the Game (One per game)

508 Members can now redeem buddy passes for the 2026-27 season! 

To redeem your passes, please use your Ticketmaster Account Number, which you can find directly on Account Manager. As a reminder, you will receive 4 buddy passes per full season membership and 2 buddy passes per half season membership.

Buddy passes can be redeemed up until game day and you can redeem your passes for any of the 36 home games this season!

• How to I access tickets?
  • Tickets will be accessed directly through Account Manager. From there, you can transfer and download your tickets. Barcoded tickets will be available to be viewed prior to the general public on sale in September. Your seating location can currently be viewed on Account Manager.
• How do I make payments for my 508 Club Membership?
  • Payments can be made online 24/7 through Account Manager via this link HERE. Payments can also be made directly through your dedicated account representative.
• How do I utilize the Ticket Exchange Program?
  • For the 2025-26 season, tickets can be exchanged in any combination for any one of our 36 home games. As a heads-up, all-season tickets exchanged directly on Account Manager will be subject to a $3 per ticket fee by Ticketmaster. Starting today, all 508 Club members can exchange their tickets in advance free of charge! If you wish to exchange tickets and customize your Membership, please fill out this form here and submit your changes. From there, your dedicated sales representative will make the changes and notify you of your changes - free of charge! You may also reach out to your sales rep directly via phone, exchanges done this way must be done no later than 48 hours prior to the respective game. If you still wish to exchange your tickets at your convivence online through Account Manager, you are still welcome to do so once it becomes live. All Account Manager season ticket exchanges will be subject to the $3 per ticket fee and will be available to exchange all the way until 1 hour prior to puck drop.

  • Dates for 508 Club Events will be announced once confirmed. Updates will continue to be posted on this page as well as communicated to you.
