Chalk Talk with Head Coach Nick Tuzzolino - Wednesday, March 26th 6:30 PM

You're invited to an exclusive Chalk Talk with Railers Head Coach Nick Tuzzolino at Bay State Brewery next Wednesday, March 26th at 6:30 PM. 508 Club members will have the opportunity to hear from Nick Tuzzolino as he discusses this season, the Railers playoff push, and he answers your questions about the team!

Post Game Skate - Sunday, March 23rd

Following our Princesses and Pirates game on Sunday, March 23rd, join us for the annual 508 Club Post-Game skate! At this event, you will have the opportunity to skate on the same ice as your favorite Railers! The event will take place immediately following the Railers game and features Railers players who will join you on the ice with an autograph session as well.

Skates are required for the event with no skates at the arena available to rent, and kids under the age of 12 are required to wear a helmet while all guests are encouraged to wear one. However, guests without skates can still join us for the autograph portion via a designated carpeted area on the ice.

All Full Season and Half Season 508 Club Members have the Ticket Exchange Program - the easiest way to manage and build your own Membership and not waste any tickets. For the 2024-25 season, tickets can be exchanged in and out of any one of our 36 home games. As a heads up, all season tickets exchanged directly on Account Manager will be subject to a $3 per ticket fee by Ticketmaster.

Starting today, all 508 Club members can exchange their tickets in advance free of charge! If you wish to exchange tickets and customize your Membership, please fill out this form and submit your changes. From there, your dedicated sales representative will make the changes and notify you of your changes - free of charge!

You may also reach out to your sales rep directly via phone, exchanges done this way must be done no later than 48 hours prior to the respective game. If you still wish to exchange your tickets at your convenience online through Account Manager, you are still welcome to do so once it becomes live. All Account Manager season ticket exchanges will be subject to the $3 per ticket fee and will be available to exchange until 1 hour prior to puck drop.

*Please note, complimentary buddy passes being exchanged for game tickets will not be subject to the $3 per ticket exchange fees. Buddy passes will still be able to be exchanged on Account Manager free of charge as well as through your sales rep. Buddy passes will be uploaded into your account in the month of August.

For the upcoming season, 508 Club will be able to book select fan experiences for the upcoming season. 508 Club members will be able to book one fan experience per membership (subject to availability). Upon filling this form out, your account representative will confirm the booking of the fan experience.

Fan Experiences currently available to book for 508 Club members include the High Five Tunnel (only available on Weeknight games - Wed, Thurs, Fri.) and pregame Zamboni rides (one per game). All fan experiences are filled first come first serve.

*Please note, filling out this form does not guarantee you will receive the fan experience you requested. We will try our best to accommodate requests however a confirmation from you rep will be how your request is accepted.

FloSports Rebate

New for the 2024-25 season, all 508 Club members are eligible for a 20% rebate on their FloSports subscription purchase! FloSports is the only way to watch the Railers from your home or on the go!

Any 508 club member that purchases a FloHockey annual subscription by October 15th, 2024 will recieve a 20% rebate. Be sure to use the same email address for FloHockey subscription as your 508 Club membership to recieve your rebate. Any questions, please contact FloHockey here.

How to I access tickets?
- Tickets will be accessed directly through Account Manager. From there, you can transfer and download your tickets. Barcoded tickets will be available to be viewed prior to the general public on sale in September. Your seating location can currently be viewed on Account Manager.
How do I make payments for my 508 Club Membership?
- Payments can be made online 24/7 through Account Manager via this link HERE. Payments can also be made directly through your dedicated account representative.
How do I utilize the Ticket Exchange Program?
- For the 2024-25 season, tickets can be exchanged in any combination for any one of our 36 home games. As a heads-up, all-season tickets exchanged directly on Account Manager will be subject to a $3 per ticket fee by Ticketmaster. Starting today, all 508 Club members can exchange their tickets in advance free of charge! If you wish to exchange tickets and customize your Membership, please fill out this form here and submit your changes.
