Erin is the Cheer Coach for the Worcester Railers Cheerleaders and is excited to be entering her fourth season with the team. Born and raised in Worcester, she is proud to represent her hometown while bringing more than 15 years of experience in dance, coaching, and choreography to the Railers.

Erin also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Worcester State University and is NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified. Outside of coaching, training, and teaching, she is a devoted dog lover, caring for her two dogs and working as a dog nanny! 

"Director Davi" is back for her third season with the Railers Cheer team! Davi has 10 years of cheerleading experience and helped with the Railers Cheerleaders last season. 

In her professional career, Davi is an environmental engineer working in air pollution enforcement. Davi loves to travel and spend time with family!

Ava is so excited to return for her second season on the cheer team, not only as a Railers Cheerleader, but also as team captain! Ava is a 2023 graduate of Endicott College and now works as a stretch specialist. Ava has been a lifelong dancer and was heavily involved in her school's dance program, where she became president and choreographer for her peers, inspiring her to pursue a professional dance career. 

Outside of dance, Ava enjoys arts and crafts, cooking, and spending time with her cats. 

Hayley is a 4th year veteran for the Worcester Railers Cheerleaders! Hayley has been dancing since she was two years old, winning many regional and national titles. She graduated from college with a Bachelor’s of Arts in dance. She has also been a part of the Boston Cannons Dance Team, the Massachusetts Pirates Cheerleaders, and the Worcester Bravehearts Cheerleaders!  Outside of the cheerleading community, Hayley is a dance teacher and this past season was awarded choreographer of the year at nationals!

Cassandra is thrilled to be joining the Worcester Railers cheerleading team for her second season as a veteran. She has a degree in Health Science and enjoys bringing her passion for health and fitness to the ice with a background in personal training and nutrition. Cassandra loves pushing her limits and finding new ways to challenge herself. 

Her favorite part of being on the team is developing strong connection with her teammates and the excitement of performing for the fans. Cassandra was also a part of the Worcester Bravehearts as well as the Massachusetts Pirates Cheerleading team. 

When she’s not cheering, you’ll find her working out at the gym or spending quality time with her family and loved ones.

Lexani is thrilled to begin her veteran season as a Railers Cheerleader! Her passion for dance and performance began at the age of 2, and she now shares that passion with the next generation of dancers as a dedicated dance teacher. 

Outside of dance, Lexani is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration of entrepreneurship.

Miranda is a second-year Railers Cheerleader. She has been dancing for as long as she can remember and spent her college years performing on the WNE Dance Team. She also had the opportunity to serve as a choreographer and mentor to her fellow dancers.

Off the ice, Miranda works in Marketing and Social Media, combining her love for creativity and performance with her passion for content creation. When she’s not dancing she loves traveling, photography, and spending time with her family and friends!

Sarah is excited for her second season as a Railers Cheerleader! She has been dancing since the age of four, cheered at NCA Nationals in college, and now coaches her college dance team. Outside of dance and cheer, Sarah works full-time as a software engineer developing medical device and AI applications. In her free time, she loves hiking, snowboarding, and playing piano.
