Railers Cheer Team
Introduced in the 2023-24 season, the Railers Cheer Team is one of the newest additions to the Railers family! You can catch their performances at select home games this season:
Opening Night - Saturday, October 19th
Hometown Heroes Night - Saturday, November 23rd
Home for the Holidays - Saturday, December 28th
Star Wars Night - Saturday, January 18th
Pink in the Rink - Saturday, February 8th
Military Appreciation Night - Saturday, March 22nd
Fan Appreciation Weekend - Saturday, April 5th

Erin S.
Erin is the dedicated Cheer Coach for the Worcester Railers Cheerleaders, bringing her passion for dance and community to the team. Born and raised in Worcester, Erin is deeply proud to represent both the Railers and her hometown. With a degree in psychology and a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), she combines her knowledge of the human mind and body to foster a positive and dynamic environment for her cheerleaders.
Outside of coaching, Erin is a devoted dog lover, caring for her three dogs and working as a dog nanny.
Davi V.
"Director Davi" is back for her second season with the Railers Cheer team! Davi has 10 years of cheerleading experience and helped with the Railers Cheerleaders last season.
In her professional career, Davi is an environmental engineer working in air pollution enforcement. Davi loves to travel and spend time with family!
Kaleigh D.
Kaleigh is a Railers Cheer vet, re-joining the team for her second season. She was a competitive dancer in her younger years and can't wait for year two with the Railers! She owns her own hair salon in Worcester and is the hair stylist for the Railers Cheer Team.
In her spare time, Kaleigh loves spending time with her three children and husband, listening to music, going to the gym, or doing anything that has to do with the outdoors!
Josie M.
Josie is a Railers Cheer veteran, returning for her second season in as a part of the team. On top of the Railers Cheer Team, she has been a Massachusetts Pirates Cheerleader in the IFL for the last two years.
Josie is currently getting her bachelors degree in psychology, and plans to obtain her masters after.
Alyssa M.
Alyssa is a Railers Cheer veteran, returning to the DCU Center for her second season. She has been a dancer for 17 years, and is currently teaching at her home studio with hopes to own her own one day.
Alyssa is studying to become a CPT through the NASM program. Some of her hobbies include anything crafty, finding new recipes, and enjoying time outside!
Hayley M.
Hayley is excited to be a Railers Cheerleader for her second year! Hayley has been dancing since she was two years only winning many regional and national titles. She graduated from college with a BA in dance and is currently a Massachusetts Pirates Cheerleader.
Hayley is a dance teacher at two dance studios in Massachusetts, and travels the country with her students to different competitions, where they have won national and world championships.
Natalie M.
Natalie is so excited for her second year as a Worcester Railers Cheerleader! She has been dancing since she was 3 years old and is currently a student at Assumption University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communication & Media Studies.
Some of Natalie's favorite things to do when she is not dancing are hanging out with friends and family, going to the beach, working out, skiing, and watching the Bruins.
Jade Y.
This will be Jade's second year as a part of the Railers Cheer Team! Jade has Bachelor's degrees in psychology and nursing and is working towards a Masters degree with hopes of becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner. She currently works in a community health center that offers primary care and addiction treatment.
Outside of dancing, Jade loves to read and spend time with her fur babies!
Kat W.
Kat joins the Railers Cheer Team for the 2024-25 season after dancing for 23 years, two of which she was an IFL Cheerleader for the Massachusetts Pirates.
Aside from dancing, Kat has a B.S. in Health Sciences with a minor in psychology, and aims to pursue a career in pharmaceutical research and development. In her spare time, she loves going on adventures, photography, listening to music, and being active!
Jessica M.
Jessica joins the Railers Cheer team for the 2024-25 season! Jessica has been dancing since the age of 3 and has been a part of two professional dance teams in her career with the Boston Cannons (MLL) and the Massachusetts Pirates (IFL).
Jessica holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and currently works as a treatment coordinator for a dental office and is also a dance instructor. When not dancing, you can find her at concerts with friends, being active outdoors, and going on adventures with her husband and four year old dog Rocky!
Alyssa M.
Alyssa joins the Railers Cheer Team for her first season in 2024-25! Alyssa has been dancing for 18 years, and recently graduated with a B.A. in dance. She's pursuing a career in dance; currently working as a zip line guide at a mountain resort and as a dance teacher.
In her free time, Alyssa enjoys going outside, reading, crafting, and spending time with friends!
Elena C.
Elena is so excited for her first season as a Railers Cheerleader!
Elena is a 2023 graduate from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Health Studies and a minor in Kinesiology. She currently works at MGH as a physical therapy aide gaining a lot of knowledge and experience while figuring out where she wasn't to go next in the healthcare field.
Elena's passion for dance began at age 3, and in addition to her love for the art she enjoys going to yoga classes and getting together with friends!
Megan M.
Megan is so excited to cheer with the Railers Cheerleaders for her rookie season! She's a recent graduate from UMass Amherst where she studied Operations and Information Management. She was a 4 year member of the UMass Amherst Dance Team, performing at UMass basketball and football games as well as competing in UDA Nationals.
Megan currently works as a supply chain data analyst. In her free time she loves to work out and spend time with her friends and family!
Erin M.
Erin joins the Railers Cheer team for the 2024-25 season!
Erin is a children's dance instructor specializing in preschool and elementary school dance. She is a former international fright attendant and licensed estheticitan.
When not in the studio or cheerleading for the Railers you can find Erin at the beach. She loves watching movies, weight training, reading mystery novels, and baking treats!
Haley D.
Haley is a Railers Cheer Team Rookie joining for the 2024-25 season! She has been dancing for 18 years with 4 years dancing at the collegiate level on the Curry College Dance Team.
Haley received a B.A. in Elementary Education with minors in Mathematics Education and STEM Education and M.Ed. in Foundations of Special Education, both from Curry College. She has been a dance teacher for 8 years, teaching varying subjects and holding a certification in Acrobatic Arts. Haley is also a 6th grade teacher and loves to read and listen to music in her free time!
