Happy New Year Railers Fans,

Community Jill here, can you believe it’s 2017 already? Now we can officially say the puck drops this October!! Let’s travel back in time…. all the way back to last year to see how TRAX celebrated the last day of 2016….

Saturday, December 31

TRAX rang in the New Year or should I say stomped it in at the EcoTarium for their Kids Friendly Noon Years. He helped the kids count down the ball drop and stomp on the bubble wrap to make the sound of fireworks.

We didn’t stop celebrating there. We made our next stop at the Worcester Oval to hit the ice for Worcester’s First Night Celebration! TRAX literally hit the ice after he tried to show off his spins on skates. It’s a new year now so TRAX can put that behind him.

NEXT STOP ON THE COMMUNITY EXPRESS:

Saturday, January 6

TRAX and myself will be heading to the Greendale YMCA for their camp reunion from 6:30-8:30pm.

TRAX at the Oval

TRAX plans on practicing his skating down at the oval before his big performance in Glens Falls, New York for the ECHL All-Star Classic on January 17. You can practice your skating as well. The Oval is open Fridays 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturdays 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Sundays 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
