It's been 30 years since the city's original hockey team dropped the puck in 1994, and the Railers plan to transform back to the days of the Centrum with 90s music, fun activations, and the return of the beloved mascot, Scratch!
The excitement continues on Saturday, January 4th at 6:05 PM as the Worcester Railers return for a second night of IceCats Weekend, celebrating 30 years of professional hockey in Worcester!
This night will be packed with even more nostalgia and fun, featuring a special Scratch bobblehead giveaway for fans, a tribute to the iconic mascot of the original IceCats! But the action doesn’t stop there - following the game, fans will have the chance to bid on the game-worn/team-issued IceCats specialty jerseys, adding a unique piece of hockey history to their collection.
