WORCESTER RAILERS HC RECEIVE DEFENSEMAN COOPER MOORE FROM HARTFORD WOLFPACK
Presented by Fly Worcester: Connecticut native joins Railers for second professional season.
WORCESTER, Mass. – The Worcester Railers Hockey Club (@RailersHC), proud ECHL (@ECHL) affiliate of the St. Louis Blues (@StLouisBlues), and Head Coach & General Manager Nick Tuzzolino, announced today that the club has received defenseman Cooper Moore from the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League.
Moore, 25, comes to Worcester for his second professional season. The Greenwich, CT native signed a one-year contract with the Wolf Pack on July 9th, 2026 after spending the 2025-26 season with the club in Hartford.
Moore played in 38 games for the Wolf Pack in 25-26, notching seven points (1G, 6A). The 6'2", 187lb defenseman appeared in five games for the Bloomington Bison at the end of the regular season before logging six games played in the Kelley Cup Playoffs against the Toledo Walleye. Prior to professional hockey, Moore split five seasons of collegiate hockey between the University of North Dakota and Quinnipiac University. Across his collegiate career, Moore tallied 63 points (11G, 52A) in 163 games. Moore was a fifth round draft pick (128th overall) by the Detroit Redwings in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.
