Howdy Railers fans! Cam McGuire here checking in… We are another week closer to the start of the season as Opening Night October 23rd is now just 33 days away! The past three weeks we have highlighted the first three months of the season; October, November, and December. January 2022 sure seems far away but it will be here closer than ya think and we’ve got an exciting month of hockey and promotions in store for you. The Railers will play 13 games in the month of January highlighted by Marvel Super Hero Night and Star Wars Night. Without further ado, let’s preview the month of January!

Overview

Get used to the Reading Royals… after playing the Royals five times in December, Worcester will play Reading six more times in the month of January. To put things into perspective, Worcester and Reading will play each other 11 times in 31 days. Two games from the Railers “Top 10 Promotional Games” will be played in the month. On January 15th Worcester will host Reading on Marvel Super Hero Night presented by Telegram & Gazette with the first 1,000 fans in attendance receiving a custom Marvel Winter Soldier/Railers poster! The Railers will also be sporting Marvel Winter Soldier specialty jerseys. On January 29th the Fort Wayne Komets come to town for Star Wars Night presented by Cornerstone Bank and a big thanks to Cornerstone Bank as the first 3,000 fans will receive a Jedi TRAX bobblehead! Here is how the Railers faired in January the first three seasons:

Closing Time
