Worcester Railers HC Nominated For ECHL Community Service Team of Year
The Worcester Railers Hockey Club takes great pride in our community involvement throughout central Massachusetts and was awarded with the 2018-19 ECHL Community Service Team of the Year Award.
Since 2015, the Worcester Railers HC through the Worcester Railers HC Foundation donated over $1,000,000 cash and has partnered with over 600 local community organizations throughout Central Massachusetts.
This year, Worcester Railers HC defenseman Connor Doherty received the 2019-20 ECHL Community Service Award and the team is nominated for the second year in a row for the ECHL Community Service Team of the Year Award for the 2019-20 season.
Worcester is one of five teams nominated for the Community Service Team of Year joining Atlanta Gladiators, Indy Fuel, Rapid City Rush, and South Carolina Stingrays.
