Worcester, MA – The Worcester Railers Hockey Club (@RailersHC), proud ECHL (@ECHL) affiliate of the New York Islanders (@NYIslanders) announced their 2017-18 regular season schedule today.
The Railers will play 36 regular season home games at the DCU Center. The action begins on Saturday, October 14 at 7:05pm vs. the Manchester Monarchs. Click HERE for a printable 2017-18 Worcester Railers HC schedule.
Season ticket memberships start as low as $10.80 per ticket and are available now by contacting the Railers HC front office at 508-365-1750.
Thirty of the 36 Railers home games will be played on the weekends with 21 of the 30 occurring on either Saturday or Sunday. The Railers will welcome 12 different opponents to the DCU Center during the seven-month regular season which runs October 14 through April 8.
“Over 80% of our home schedule at the DCU Center falls on prime weekend dates,” said Worcester Railers HC president Mike Myers. “We look forward to providing affordable family entertainment in downtown Worcester and can’t wait to drop the puck on October 14.”
Worcester will host a season high 11 game home stand (Jan 19-Feb 10) and will embark on an eight-game road trip (Feb 15-27) this season. The Railers 72 game regular season schedule comes to an end with a 3:05pm start on April 8 vs. Manchester at the DCU Center.
The 2017-18 Worcester Railers HC promotional schedule will be released later this summer.
