WORCESTER RAILERS BOLSTER FRONT OFFICE STAFFFormer voice of the Worcester Sharks Eric Lindquist added to Railers staff
Worcester, MA – Worcester Railers (@RailersHC) President Michael G. Myers announced today that the club has hired Eric Lindquist as the team’s Vice President of Communications and Marketing.
Lindquist joins the Worcester Railers after spending the previous nine seasons with the San Jose Sharks organization in the American Hockey League which included eight seasons with the Worcester Sharks.The 37-year-old native of North Andover, MA returns back to Worcester with over 15 years of experience in the sports industry which has included stops in San Jose (AHL), Worcester (AHL), Long Beach (ECHL), and Lowell (AHL).
“I am really excited about the opportunity to come back to Worcester and help the Railers get on track for 2017,” said Lindquist. “Worcester is an awesome hockey city with great fans. I am eager to work for Cliff Rucker and Mike Myers and I cannot wait for the puck to drop next October at the DCU Center.”
“The Railers are extremely happy to have Eric on board and back in Worcester,” said Myers. “Lindquist brings great energy and expertise and knows the city of Worcester very well. We have put together a great front office staff and we will continue to expand as we inch closer to opening night in October 2017.”
Lindquist joins the Railers staff which now includes: Director of Hockey Club Memberships Mike Fisher, Sponsor Membership Manager Leah Motsis, Operations Manager – Business & Administration Arica Clauson, Community Development Coordinator Jillian Witkowski, and HC Membership Executive Tymmothy Dore.
