Worcester Railers add two account executives

Worcester, MA – Worcester Railers Hockey Club (@RailersHC) President Michael G. Myers announced today that the club has hired Evan Bedard and Tom Brown as Account Executives.

Evan Bedard joins the Worcester Railers HC as an Account Executive after spending the last 19 months working as a Marketing and Ticket Assistant for the University of Hartford.

While working at the University of Hartford, the Manchester, CT native served as the primary marketing contact for men’s and women’s soccer, women’s volleyball and men’s lacrosse. Bedard also assisted in the creation of promotional schedules, marketing and ticketing plans, game day promotions, and prepared and followed through with game day scripts and timelines for pep squads.

Bedard graduated from Springfield College in 2016 with a degree in Sport Management.

Tom Brown joins the Worcester Railers HC as an Account Executive after spending the past five months interning with the Railers.

As an intern, the Forked River, NJ native assisted in the execution of game-nights, tabled at local events, and worked with the ticket staff to help accomplish ticketing goals. Prior to the Railers, Brown worked seasonally at the Winding River Skating Center where he was a skate guard and responsible for maintenance of the facilities.

Brown was a member of the men’s ice hockey team at Becker College for two years, and graduated in 2016 with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management.
