How are Full Season Ticket Plan Memberships Impacted?
Worcester Railers HC members who have paid their account in full will receive a paid in full credit for the 2021-22 season.
I am on a payment plan. Will my account continue to be charged?
Worcester Railers HC have suspended all ticket payments effective November 18, 2020. All payments made towards the 2020-21 season will automatically be applied to the 2021-22 season. Final payment installments will automatically resume effective October 2021.
Any member wanting to complete the final installments per the 2020-21 schedule, may contact the Railers offices to resume payments.
2020-21 Paid in Full Accounts: Members who have paid in full for the 2020-21 Railers season will receive a credit for the 2021-22 season.
What if I have additional credits on my account?
Any additional credits may be applied to future seasons, additional game tickets or towards a suite/group purchase. All credits from the 2019-20 season are reflected on member accounts.
Can I donate my tickets?
Yes; members may choose to donate tickets or credits to the Worcester Railers HC Foundation, supporting local non-profits and charities in our community. Contact us to learn more.
What happens with Flex Ticket Plans for cancelled games?
Worcester Railers Flex plan holders who have purchased 2020-21 plans OR those with any outstanding 2019-20 vouchers will receive credit for any future 2021-22 Railers home game(s).
This applies to both in–hand vouchers that expired April 5, 2020 and those electronically held at the Railers office.
All credits will be visible on member accounts within 90 days of the 2021-22 season.
