Skate to Success is a learn to skate program that takes place at the state of the art Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center and services over 2,500 fourth grade students from the Worcester Public School system.

Every Tuesday from September through late March, the Railers bus 100 fourth grade students to the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center.  Each student gets suited up with skates and a helmet before receiving instruction from Railers players, coaches and staff along with Boston Bruins alumni on the two sheets of ice.

After each skate, all students are fed a lunch and receive a Skate to Success Railers welcome packet, which includes a Railers school folder and a Skate to Success long sleeve jersey shirt.  All students also receive autographs from Railers players and mascot Trax.
