Community Express (Aug 3-Aug 9)

Hello Railers HC! It’s that time again for the Community Express! We are one week closer to the start of the season. 66 days left…but who’s counting!? It’s such an exciting time. Our promotional schedule was released on Monday. What games are you looking forward to the most? Trax’s bobblehead night and birthday party are two games that I have circled on my calendar, besides obviously opening night!
Saturday, August 5th Kidz Expo in Marlborough
Members of the Worcester Railers HC front office tabled at the Kidz Expo in Marlborough last Saturday. There were hundreds of kids at this event. Kids were able to jump on inflatables, get their face painted, and receive customized balloon animals. The main attraction of the day was Disney Channel Star, Peyton List. She spent a couple hours meeting all the kids up on stage.
Sunday, August 6th ESPN Golf Tournament
Trax made an appearance at Tunxis Country Club in Farmington CT on Sunday to greet some ESPN employees. We donated a prize pack to support their raffle that benefited the V Foundation. We got to meet up with other mascots such as Chompers from the Hartford Yard Goats, Sonar from the Hartford Wolf Pack and Storm from the Bridgeport Sound Tigers! It was a beautiful day. Trax got some golf practice in…I think he should stick to hockey!
