New for the 2022-23 season, all season and flex ticket holders will be able to access their tickets through Account Manager, a Ticketmaster based platform. Through Account Manager, you will be able to manage all season tickets, flex tickets, and buddy passes for all 36 Worcester Railers home games on your desktop, mobile device, or tablet.
On this platform, you will be able to do the following:
- View your tickets (Barcodes only valid on mobile device)
- Transfer tickets
- Exchange Flex and Buddy passes for game tickets in any combination
- Exchange Season tickets to another game (Exchange feature for season tickets is not valid for 10/22, only buddy passes and flex tickets will be valid to use for 10/22)
Also on Account Manager, there will be a link for season ticket members to access exclusive discounts from our corporate partners. Access to your tickets will be live starting the week of 10/10/2022. Upon launch, the Railers’ team will send a link, along with a tutorial and “FAQ” sheet for all season and flex ticket holders. These sheets will also be available when you pick up your member boxes at either the preseason game on 10/15 or the ‘Meet the Team’ event (details on member email). This information will also be available on our website.
To opt out of digital tickets and into paper tickets, please complete the form below. Please note, there is a $5 charge per account for printed tickets. Once physical tickets are printed, they cannot be converted to digital. Please have these forms filled out no later than 10/14 at 12 PM. Tickets will be available for pick up either at the preseason game or the Meet the Team event. If you cannot make either event, they will be available on Opening Weekend.
