Railers getting ready for ECHL action at the DCU Center in Worcester

Worcester, MA – Worcester Railers Hockey Club (@RailersHC) President Michael G. Myers announced today that the club has hired Andrew Nawn as Manager of Group Sales and HC Memberships and Adam Bryant as Office Manager, Business Administration.

Andrew Nawn joins the Worcester Railers HC as the Manager of Group Sales and HC Memberships after spending the last 18 months with the Florida Panthers as a group ticket sales executive where he spearheaded several new ticket initiatives.  Nawn previously spent three and a half years with the Worcester Sharks as a youth hockey ticket specialist and a public relations intern.

A native of Auburn, MA, Nawn will focus on developing youth hockey throughout central Massachusetts and oversee all group sales for the Railers. Andrew is a graduate of Framingham State University with a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications and was a forward for the Auburn Rockets varsity high school team.

Adam Bryant joins the Worcester Railers HC as the Office Manager, Business Administration after spending the last 10 years with the United States Department of Defense as a staff administrative assistant.  Adam continues to serve with the US Army Reserve as a First Sergeant specializing in Transportation Operation. He previously spent three tours of duty in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004-05, 2008-09, and 2010-11.

The native of Hermann, MO spent the last five years on the East Coast which included an internship with the Connecticut Sun in 2016 and a one-year temporary assignment in Staten Island, NY.  Adam has a bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Sports Management and looks forward to starting a new career in the sports industry.

The Railers are excited to have Andrew Nawn back in Worcester after gaining experience in the NHL with the Panthers,” said Myers.  “We are fortunate to be adding someone with Adam’s experience as he begins a new career in the sports industry.  I know our fans will enjoy getting to know Andrew and Adam as we get ready for ECHL action in Worcester in October 2017.”

Nawn and Bryant join the Railers staff which now includes: VP of Marketing and Communications Eric Lindquist, Director of Hockey Club Memberships Mike Fisher, Sponsor Membership Manager Leah Motsis, Community Development Coordinator Jillian Witkowski, and HC Membership Executive Tymmothy Dore.
